Template notice: This document is a starting draft, not legal advice. We use the information above to:
We share limited data with the following third parties, solely to operate the platform:
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We retain your account and report data for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting [CONTACT EMAIL]; some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
We use industry-standard measures — including password hashing, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
E-mail from us. Messages about your account — the welcome message, payment receipts and invoices, password and security messages — are service messages and are sent whatever you choose. Offers and news by e-mail are sent only if you say yes (in the window we show once, or in Settings). Saying no, or not answering, means no offers. You can stop them at any time in Settings, with the unsubscribe link in every such e-mail, or with the unsubscribe button of your mail program. We keep a record of your choice and of the words that were shown to you when you made it.
We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (such as language). We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Visit statistics. To understand how many people use the app and where they come from, the app may count page views anonymously. For this it keeps a random identifier in your browser, and records the page opened, the name of the website or link you came from, your app language and the kind of device (phone, tablet or computer). No IP address, name or e-mail address is stored in these statistics. If you sign in, the identifier is linked to your account so that we can see which sources bring people who use and buy our services. These statistics are kept for up to 400 days, are used only by us, and are not counted for browsers that send a “Do Not Track” signal.
This platform is not directed at children under [MINIMUM AGE, e.g. 18]. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
Questions about this policy or requests regarding your data can be sent to [CONTACT EMAIL].
